It has been a full year since the pandemic hit home and it's been tough, to say the least. To mark the occasion, I made a short film.
This film was produced as part of the Sacramento Comedy Spot's Short Film Challenge. For this challenge, all participants were given 30 days to write, produce, film, and edit a comedic short film. Oh! And if that wasn't hard enough, the film also had to tie to the challenge theme of wheels. Approximately 35 artists from the Sacramento and beyond submitted films for the challenge. These can all be viewed on the Comedy Spot's website*.
The Sacramento Comedy Spot is one of many organizations that's been supporting me during the pandemic. Through this non-profit organization, I have built some skills through their online storytelling, screenwriting, video production, and improv classes. More importantly, I also built community during this period of social distance.
