A cat lover at heart, my grandma Betty spent years traveling the world to see lions, tigers, and other big felines with her own eyes - and take pictures of them too! Growing up, I admired her images hanging on the wall and decided I wanted to be adventurous like her. Betty is one of the reasons I got my start in wildlife photography. This winter break I got to show my grandma my own cat photos, one of which got published on the cover of WWF's fall issue! It’s a pretty sweet moment and feels like I’ve come full circle.
